Bryan Reiley
After a crippling back injury and subsequent honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy, it was unclear to Bryan if getting into top shape was even possible. After studying correct methods and techniques to avoid further injury, he began the process of rebuilding himself both mentally and physically. In 2009, he decided after seeing the improvements in himself that he wanted to help others do the same. He soon earned his Certified Personal Trainer through the National Federation of Professional Trainers and completed specializations in Sports Nutrition, Resistance Training and Endurance Training for his first Master Trainer credential. Not content to stop there, Bryan went on to complete the Elite I and Master Fitness Trainer program through the International Sports Sciences Association. This includes specializations in Fitness Nutrition, Strength + Conditioning, Youth Fitness, Senior Fitness and Exercise Therapy for people with chronic disease, disability or injury. With these being part of an accredited degree program, he is working towards a degree in Exercise Science. Studying these multiple disciplines has allowed Bryan to safely and successfully work with a wide range of clientele with diverse individual needs. He is also certified by the American Red Cross in CPR/AED/First-Aid.
"Coming from an injured, de-conditioned state, I know how profound the difference between how I feel about myself now is as opposed to then. I know of no better way to spend my life than to help others achieve the same."
